Temp-to-hire and Direct Hire Placement
Temporary To Hire:
Enables a client and an employee to evaluate the working relationship
as the employee works on site. Temp-to-hire is based on 480 hours
or approximately 12 weeks. If the client elects to hire the DISCOVER
STAFFING employee prior to the 480 hours, a separation
fee will be charged. This charge is 18% of the employee's annual
salary (reduced 1.5% per week) for the hours completed on the assignment.
Terms: Invoices weekly; due and payable upon receipt.
Guarantee: If for any reason the candidate does not complete
the initial 480 hours, DISCOVER
STAFFING will replace the candidate and honor the 480
hour agreement.
Direct Hire Placement:
Select
full time hires from the most qualified candidates available. Outsource
the recruiting, screening, testing, and interviewing to DISCOVER
STAFFING.
Terms:
All fees are
employer paid. An invoice is mailed the day the candidate begins
work. Our guarantee requires payment within 15 days.
Candidate Introduction Fee: If an applicant accepts a position
with your company (or its affiliates) within 12 months of referral
by DISCOVER STAFFING,
the full fee for that position is due and payable.
Guarantee: A prorated portion of fees refundable.
Value Added Services: DISCOVER
STAFFING can administer drug screening, education verification,
background checks and personality profiles upon request.
