Temporary Help and Staffing Services
Temporary Help:
Traditional Temporary help services are for short-term vacancies.
The DISCOVER STAFFING
temporary associates are our employees. Clients are asked to contact
DISCOVER STAFFING
to schedule assignment extensions. We are responsible for all state
and federal taxes and the employee is covered by our workers compensation
insurance.
Terms: DISCOVER
STAFFING invoices weekly for temporary services. Bills
are due and payable upon receipt. The minimum billing is four (4)
hours per day per temporary associate.
Guarantee: DISCOVER
STAFFING Guarantees the quality of our service through
hard work, needs assessments, creative recruiting, preliminary preparation,
and performance evaluations. If for any reason a client is not satisfied
with the performance of a DISCOVER
STAFFING employee, there will be no charge for the first
eight (8) hours. Client is requested to discuss any unsatisfactory
performance with DISCOVER
STAFFING no later than the next business day.
Staffing Services:
DISCOVER
STAFFING provides a contingent workforce for fluctuating
demands and controlled replacement. Considerable expense is incurred
in recruiting, screening, testing, training, and in the development
of our staff. In the event a client elects to hire a staffing associate
to fill a full-time position, client will notify DISCOVER
STAFFING and give a two week notice and proposed date
of hire.
Terms: Invoices weekly for staffing services; due and payable
upon receipt. Any employee who is on an assignment longer than 480
hours is eligible for hire with a two week notice.
Guarantee: Our 4-Step Quality Assurance Program is structured
to provide feedback that allows us to constantly monitor the performance
and productivity of our employee. If you are not completely satisfied
with a DISCOVER STAFFING
employee, we will find a replacement immediately.
