We are so sure our employees will meet or exceed your expectations that we unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to you the following:

		That our services will be performed to your satisfaction. If you notify DISCOVER STAFFING in the first eight hours that you are not completely satisfied with your temporary employee, you will not be charged.
		DISCOVER STAFFING employees are paid by check for services performed. All employees are paid promptly and when payment is due.
		As the employer, we will make contributions for unemployment compensation funds as required by federal and state laws, and we will indemnify and hold you harmless from liability for such contributions.
		As the employer, we will make all deductions required by state, federal and local laws including deductions for social security and withholding taxes.
		We agree at all times to make the proper deposits required by federal and state laws and to pay all taxes as required by federal, state, and local laws covering the employees of DISCOVER STAFFING.
		All our employees are insured, and DISCOVER STAFFING agrees to provide and maintain the various insurance required of all DISCOVER STAFFING employees for which DISCOVER STAFFING is legally liable.
